The privacy program at \_VOIS is intrinsically modeled on GDPR but it also takes care of local data privacy nuances of the relevant jurisdiction. Before \_VOIS, Abanish was responsible for the data privacy function at CSC and ADP. As an expert on certain matters, he is frequently invited to speak at conferences and seminars. He has in the past spoken at various events organized by CII, AMCHAM and NASSCOM and has also been invited by various law schools in India.
